Cottage Enlène 3***
The cottage is the former dwelling of a farm. It is rented on 1 or 2 levels based on the number of people.
The beds arrangement is also flexible: the single beds (80x190 cm) can be put together to form a double bed.
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 30 m2 living room with glazed stove, television, DVD player and stereo, 5 seater corner sofa, 3 seater sofa, armchair and coffee table. 25 m2 Kitchen-Diner, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker and a large oven, fridge and freezer).
A modular space
Enlène can accommodate up to 15 people: 10-12 in the cottage and 4 in the cabin (only rent in complement of the main house).
The habitation consists of:
- A self-catering cottage (with additional space upstairs), from 6 people (100 m²) to 12 people (150 m²),
- A cabin (20 m²) with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet,
- An old barn converted into a light and airy activity room, with wooden floor (70 m²)
- The owners’ home.
Houses are detached and each has its own garden. The owners benefit from the sunrise, whilst the guests can enjoy the sunset.
A single group can occupy the premises.
The place provides privacy for all. Only the court is shared with the owners,
providing opportunities of exchange if desired.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Utility bills are included, including heating and wood.
The heating is provided by a wood stove (wood is provided), complemented by two electric heaters on the ground floor.
Each room is equipped with heaters and the cottage is well insulated.
